II. Indonesian Arts and Cultural Training, 5 August — October 2009
  > Sundanese culture (in Bandung)
    a. Angkiung and arumba (traditional Sundanese instruments);
    b. Wayang golek (traditional Sundanese puppetry);
    c. Selected Sundanese dances;
    d. Pencak shat (traditional Sundanese martial arts);
    e. Extra-curricular activities, excursions and field study.
       
  > Javanese culture (in Solo and Yogyakarta)
    a. Selected Javanese dances;
    b. Karawitan musical arts;
    c. Batik paintings;
    d. Traditional ceramics processing;
    e. Extra-curricular activities, excursions and field study.
       
  > Balinese culture (in Denpasar)
    a. Selected Balinese dances;
    b. Gamelan (traditional Balinese instruments);
    c. Balinese carving;
    d. Balinese paintings;
    e. Extra-curricular activities, excursions and field study.
       
III. Indonesia Channel 2009, 23 October 2009
  Indonesia Channel is a special performance presented by IACS awardees who have learned a wide-range of Indonesian cultures in 4 (four) art centers in different cities for almost three months. This performance involves a concept of collaboration where awardees will cooperate with national musician and Indonesian arts community. This year, Indonesia Channel will be held in Solo, Central Java.
